Gesinflot is a logistics platform based in Spain that uses Artificial Intelligence to optimise fleet operations. We were asked to redesign the UI for the platform’s core features and develop the brand system. The main challenge was presenting large volumes of complex data in a clear and usable way.

Colour palette

We created a brand system that balances visual identity with accessibility, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This included a structured color system, a clear typography hierarchy, custom iconography, and standardised UI components—such as buttons, inputs, and other interface elements—creating a cohesive and scalable design language.

For the core screens, we redesigned the interface to improve usability and readability. We unified screens, replaced spreadsheet-like layouts with responsive tables and data visualisations, and organised information to make it clear, actionable, and easy to navigate.

We redesigned the core screens improving the user’s experience, improving readability, unifying screens, removing excels and creating responsible tables and graphs and organising the data in a clear and easy-to-find way.

The result is a cohesive, accessible, user-centered platform that transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights. By combining a strong design system with an intuitive UI/UX design, users can navigate the platform easily and access their vehicle data efficiently. First user feedback has been very positive.
